Our Biomechanical bike fit is for everyone however more suited for the rider looking for a stable position, comfort and efficiency. This fit is designed to get the most from a natural riding position for all levels, however, it's used mostly with newcomers to cycling. A Biomechanical bike fit focuses on comfort and injury prevention, not so much in performance but just enough. We will do an interview as well as a physical evaluation. Expect to be with us for up to 1.5 hrs.
